Terms and conditions

Aura Move Express Company Limited ("We", "our" and "us") has engaged in the business of international parcel delivery service through https://www.auramoveexpress.com ("Website"). You acknowledge and agree that shipment order for any products made through such Website shall mean you accept Terms and Conditions specified below. We reserve the right to solely change or otherwise modify the Terms and Conditions during the term of service.



1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1.1 If you enter into these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the right to do on behalf of such entity. If you do not have such authority, or you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use the Website.


1.2 You acknowledge and agree that we may change or otherwise modify the Terms and Condition in the future, and such changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. You understand and agree that your continued access or use of the Website after such changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changed or modified Terms and Conditions.



2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and freight distance in accordance with destination as specified in the shipment order. Payment for shipping order will be collected when the products is ready for ship. The price informed by us will be the final price for shipping cost to you (Exclusive of tax and duty fee).



3. Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties & taxes for such products may be required to be paid. We will provide estimation of duties and taxes upon your request which you may be required to provide us of information and necessary documents for duty clearance and you will be liable for any damages suffered by us as a result of such information or documents is missing, insufficient or false. We have no obligation to verify the accuracy or adequacy of such information or documents. We encourage you to make advance payment of import duties and taxes as such advance payment likely reduces the delays due to customs clearance process at the destination country and facilitate a faster delivery.


If you refuse to pay import duties and taxes upon arrival of products at destination country, please note that the following events may be occurred to your ordered products which, at any cases, we shall not be liable for any damages result to your ordered products:

  • The products may be returned to us at your own expense. You has the right to receive a refund for the value of paid products after deducting such return shipping cost. You acknowledge and agree that the paid shipping cost will not be refunded; OR
  • The products may be disposed by customs at destination country.


4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time

You can track the transit time on our Website. However, the transit time is depend on the services selected by you.


4.2 Late Delivery

We do not guarantee that the use of service through Website will be uninterrupted or secure access. However, we will make reasonable efforts to process requests to receive or ship merchandise in a timely manner, but we makes no representations or warranties as to the time required to complete processing, as our service is subject to many factors beyond our control, such as delays caused by third parties. In addition, we shall not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, loss of profits, goodwill, use or data resulting from our inability to provide our services. We reserve the sole right to discontinue the Website and our services, including any features of the Website, at any time with or without notice to you.


4.3 Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, you are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. You may be charged an additional fee for such change of delivery address (if any) which we will notify you in advance.


4.4 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within two (2) business days after the date of complete payment of shipment order. The operation date will be Monday - Friday during normal working hours, except on national holidays at which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we will take steps to ensure that shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


4.5 Condition of the Delivered Products

Delivered products shall be weight, quantity, type and condition as stated in the shipment order issued to you. Furthermore, you understand and agree that we will not provide the delivery service of the following items:

  1. Currency
  2. Bond
  3. Bills
  4. Share certificate
  5. Debenture certificate
  6. Warehouse receipt
  7. Gems
  8. Other valuables
  9. Live animals
  10. Gas and chemical
  11. Explosive or other dangerous goods


5. Return

We accept the return as long as the products are still in the same origin country which you will be charged a return fees (if any) that we will notify you in advance. We will proceed to the return process when return fees has been paid in full. Moreover, we will NOT refund any shipping cost that have been paid.



6. Exclusion of Liability

We will be responsible for the shipment only to the extent that under our supervision and control. We shall not be liable for loss of or damage to a shipment when the shipment is beyond our supervision nor control. Furthermore, we shall not liable for any damage if it can be proven that the destruction, loss or damage of the products is result of one of the following reasons:

  1. Defect, quality or deterioration of the products by itself;
  2. Defective packaging of the products which is done by third party other than us or our employees or agents;
  3. War operations, riots, terrorism or causing chaos in the country;
  4. Actions of officials performing duties in connection with the importation, exportation or transit of products;
  5. Force majeure as specified in Article 10; or
  6. Measures to prevent and suppress communicable diseases.

In case of loss and/or damage occurs to the products, you must notify us in writing of such loss and/or damage promptly and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the products, otherwise it shall be deemed that the products is delivered in good condition and be in the condition as state in the shipment order.



7. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to one hundred US dollars ($100) or equivalent value per shipment, unless you informed as prior to delivery that the products are of higher value and such value has been recorded on the shipment order. Nevertheless, if it can be proven that the actual value of the products is less than that of informed by you, we will not be liable exceed the actual value of the products.


7.1 Process for Products Damaged In-Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as we, whether by ourselves or third party, has completed investigation into the claim. We shall not be liable for any damage in case you or any person who make a claim is cause or contribute to the damage, whether by negligence or intentional or wrongful omission.


7.2 Process for Products Lost In-Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as we, whether by ourselves or third party, has conducted an investigation and found that the products lost. We shall not be liable for any damage in case you or any person who make a claim is cause or contribute to the damage, whether by negligence or intentional or wrongful omission.



8. Prohibited item

Any products that listed as prohibited item in the destination country or the import into the destination country requires specific license, you have to inform us in advance of delivery. If we determine that the products cannot be delivered to the destination country, we reserve the right to reject any shipment.

At any case, weshall not liable for any loss, damage or destruction of such prohibited item.



9. Shipment of illegal goods

We are strongly disagreed to ship any illegal products to any country and have no policy to do so. Furthermore, in order to maintain our integrity and reputation of, if we found the request to deliver the illegal products, we will report such activity to the relevant authorities for further legal action. In addition, the person who make a request will also be backlisted from using our service in the future.



10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform the services due to inclement weather conditions, natural disasters, flood, war, civil unrest, fire, civil protest, strike, lockout of employee of any companies or government agencies relating to the parcel delivery, epidemics, government delays and/or restrictions, earthquakes, storms, typhoons or any event beyond the direct control of us.



11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute, argument or claim arising from or relating to the shipment as per your request, or any breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be enforced and interpreted under the law of Thailand or Malaysia (as the case may be) and under jurisdiction of Thai court or Malaysian court (as the case may be).
